The Design Process
Initial Brief
Under normal circumstances, the initial consultation would take place in the client’s property to understand their hopes and aspirations for the project. This visit also allows us to gain vital information about the property too. However, in the current climate, this has is not always been possible and therefore a telephone conversation is normally adequate to kick-start the process. For initial budgets and designs to progress, we will work to architects’ drawings or dimensions provided by clients.
Budgets & Design
Budget costings will then be provided and if the client is comfortable with the figures, we will model fully costed layouts, so that photo-quality visualisations of the space can be developed. These images allow all elements of the design to be evaluated, and critiqued if necessary, so revisions and tweaks can be made, until the final design emerges. This detailed process truly allows clients to ‘visualise’ how their room will look and always triggers excitement and enthusiasm for what lies ahead.
Visualisation
Using the latest 3D CAD software, we will show you different layout ideas and permutations allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the design process with us, ensuring that your final design has everything you want.
Project Management & Installation
Your kitchen refurbishment will be personally managed by Dan. His team of highly skilled tradesmen, who have worked together on numerous, prestigious projects over the years, will pay close attention to every detail and execute the work to exacting standards.
